However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (847) 872-4922 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

The Sale

Lucy’s will do our best to make your purchase a pleasant experience. We can complete your sale at our showroom or on the phone with one of our experienced sales associates.

Pick Up Or Delivery

Once you have made your purchase, you have options for delivery. If you would like to pick up your new appliance, it is available for immediate pick up from our large onsite warehouse. If you decide to have your appliance delivered, we will set up a day and time that works for you. Lucy's deliveries are done with our own delivery personnel, trucks and equipment. Removal of your old appliance is also available. If your appliance requires special installation, it can be arranged at the time of sale.

After Delivery

After your new appliance has been installed, Lucy’s is a phone call away to answer any questions that you may have. In the event that your appliance needs service, we will schedule everything for you.
